  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Final sale items (e.g., sale/discounted products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
